"Idan's movement language is one of a kind with its humor and artistic honesty.
He creates an intellectual dialogue, physical and harmonious and his creations are brave and sincere."

Critics have described the work as:
"A multitude of allusion to various forms of art can be found in this performance. The costumes bring to mind a past model of swimsuits, Playing with bodies, spreading the skin recalls the works of Francis BaconTogether with the dancers he has produced an exceptional interpretation of this musical fairytale, focusing on its emotional content- An aspect usually neglected in versions of Swan Lake. The tension, violence and passion are certainly highlighted here. In Cohens work, we experience the gap between the romantic visualization inspired by the music and the physical reality of the body, between fairytale, dream and life." Regina Lissowska, Critical dance, Bytom Poland 29 June 2009.
"His innovative adaptation goes straight to the core of the original story Thanks to the performers resulting emotional connection to the work and the choreographers adventurous, contemporary take on the original ballets themes, this Swan Lake proves particularly compelling and relevant for 21st-century viewers." Deborah Friedes, Jerusalem Post.
